Most of them prefer to work in a Federal establishment. In their mind, salary is constant there.
Brethren, those people you see in those establishments, most of them are selling one thing or the other to support salary. As you are searching for that your dream job, sell something. Selling used to be very difficult, but the internet has bridged the gap.
First, if you don't have what to sell (products or services), create one now and use social media to build your own community.
